Community Guidelines
Section 1 of 3: General Conduct
1.Respectful Communication:
- Treat every member with respect and kindness.
- Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of harassment.
- Violations will lead to warnings, escalations, and eventual removal from the community.
2. Relevant Content Only:
- Share content that is relevant to the community's purpose and interests.
- Avoid spamming or posting unrelated material.
- Irrelevant content will be removed, and repeated offenses will result in escalations.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality:
- Respect the privacy of others.
- Do not share personal or sensitive information without consent.
- Breaches of privacy will lead to immediate action and potential removal from the community
Section 2 of 3: Interaction and Participation
4. No Promotions or Advertisements:
- Refrain from promoting personal businesses, products, or services unless explicitly allowed by the administrators.
- Unauthorized promotions will be deleted, and the member will be warned.
5. No Hate Speech or Discrimination:
- Do not engage in or promote any form of hate speech, discrimination, or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
- Hate speech or discriminatory actions will lead to immediate suspension and possible expulsion from the community.
6. Be Constructive:
- Engage in constructive discussions and feedback.
- Criticism is welcome, but it should be constructive and respectful.
- Non-constructive behavior will be monitored, with actions taken as necessary.
7. No External Links:
- Do not share external links or spam the group with such content.
- All shared links must be approved by group administrators.
- Unauthorized links will be removed, and repeated violations will lead to escalations.
Section 3 of 3: Administration and Compliance
8. Content Approval:
- Anything intended for posting in the group should be vetted by the community ambassadors (admins) before being shared.
- Unapproved content will be taken down, and the member will be advised on proper procedures.
9. No Spamming or Flooding:
- Avoid excessive messaging, spamming, or flooding the group with messages.
- Respect others' time and attention.
- Spamming will result in a warning, and continued behavior will lead to further actions.
10. Follow Admin Instructions:
- Adhere to instructions and guidelines provided by the group administrators.
- Administrators are responsible for maintaining order and ensuring a positive community experience.
- Non-compliance will result in escalations and possible removal from the community.
Additional Notes
Moderation:
- The group administrators reserve the right to moderate discussions, remove inappropriate content and persons, and take necessary actions to uphold these guidelines.
- Moderation decisions are final and aimed at preserving the community's integrity.
Engagement:
- Active participation and contribution to discussions are encouraged.
- Respect others' viewpoints and opinions.
- Engagement should be meaningful and in line with community goals.
Enforcement and Penalties
By being part of our community, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines. If any of these rules are overlooked, we’ll start with a gentle reminder. Repeated issues may lead to further action, and in some cases, removal from the community. Let’s work together to keep this space respectful, positive, and engaging for everyone.
